Peter was admitted as a solicitor in Queensland in 2009 following his move to Australia. He has specialised in business law and particularly franchising and intellectual property since that time.  Peter is a Queensland Law Society (QLS) Accredited Specialist in Business Law and therefore recognised by his peers as an expert in that area of law.

Peter is also a member of the QLS Franchising Committee and the QLS Business Law Accredited Specialist Committee and is therefore involved in educating QLS Members in relation to franchising and business law as well as making submissions to both the State and Federal governments regarding relevant legislation.

Originally from the UK, Peter was awarded his Bachelor of Laws with Honours in 2005 from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne and subsequently worked in-house for Rolls Royce PLC and the Professional Sports Group.

Peter moved to Australia in 2008 and was admitted as a legal practitioner to the legal profession in Queensland Supreme Court in 2009.   Peter then joined a respected boutique firm on the Gold Coast and began his specialisation in franchising and intellectual property.

Peter is a keen sportsman and previously represented Great Britain as an alpine ski racer on the Skier X World Cup and at the World University Winter Games in 2005.
